R.I.P. Peter Boyle

"Whatever we lose, we'll get back." - Peter Boyle

I hope you were right Peter. You will be missed.

R.I.P.

I'd love it if the network powers that be would have the class and the brains to do whatever it would take to bring the producers, directors, cast and crew of "Raymond" together asap to shot a special one or even two hour episode dealing with the death of "Frank."

I'm not talking about a "salute" or retrospective. I'm talking about a NEW episode with minimal flashbacks that would pay the finest tribute to a great actor that his peers could offer and that his fans would appreciate.

I'm not a network executive... but I absolutely guarantee that it would be a ratings triumph for the network.

An amazing show, and every member of the cast seemed just right for their part. It was Boyle's one-liners and delivery that got me hooked on the show.

While I did not watch "Raymond" often, I must admit that Boyle was the best part of it.

For me, Boyle will always be remembered as the monster in "Young Frankenstein".

Bill,
Don't even get me started on "Young Frankenstein". I can quote practically every line from it. ;)

Which PROVES without a doubt that even when you're wrong about something (example... when you disagree with me about something) (*GRIN*) you're STILL one hell of a good guy! (*SMILE*)

Do you also have various Monty Python (sp?) routines committed to memory for recitation upon prompting?

Who says I'm disagreeing? I loved "Young Frankenstein".

As for "Monty Python", look it up in "The Book of the Holy Hand Grenade". ;)
